Then cool this boiled milk to room temperature and add one small teaspoon of vinegar or lemon whatever available at your home. Cover it with a lid and keep it for three hours. Separate the solid and liquid part formed through muslin cloth or mesh. Add salt to the solid separated for preserving it and put into moulds for freezing.
